What is the Talent 300 Graduate Program?
Talent 300 is an immersive and transformative graduate program for young Bahrainis eager to explore the dynamic fintech industry. The program provides participants with the opportunity to work closely with experienced mentors from Codebase Technologies and gain real-world experience through a one year paid graduate work placement.

Talent 300 Graduate Program Timeline
Successful applicants will undertake a one-year full time employment contract as a Management Associate at Codebase Technologies. Upon successfully completing the program, graduates will be allocated a designated role based on their performance.
