The Capital Bank of Jordan had a vision to create a groundbreaking digital-only neobank to drive innovation in the market and tackle financial inclusion in the region. The Solution
Codebase Technologies worked closely with the blink team to design a digital-only neobank proposition that would break boundaries and redefine what it means to be a modern bank for today’s customers. Together, blink and Codebase Technologies developed Blink’s proposition, user journeys, launch strategy, and overall user experience.
Blink was launched with industry leading features such as Jordan’s first instant credit card issuance, gesture-based UI and unique brand built for young customers.
Using our Digibanc platform blink is able to offer customers digital onboarding, virtual & physical card issuance, card services, digital credit card applications, QR payments, bill payments, money transfers, local & overseas beneficiary management, profile management and ATM locator. And with a revolutionary gesture-based UI, inspired by social media brands like TikTok and Instagram, blink’s mobile app has unparalleled interactivity.
Impact
Using a component-based approach, Codebase Technologies was able to bring blink digital-only neobank proposition to market in just 6 months. The blink app has already reached the top of the most downloaded apps in Jordan and offers customers seamless 3 minute onboarding and account opening as well as the first in Jordan instant credit card issuance.
