Manama, Bahrain (Nov, 2023) – Codebase Technologies, one of MENA’s leading fintechs, has launched its “Talent 300” program, designed to cultivate and support local fintech talent. The program offers university graduates the chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment, equipping them with the skills necessary to succeed in a knowledge-based economy.
Managing Partner of Codebase Technologies, Raheel Iqbal, stated, “Talent 300 is providing exciting opportunities to Bahrainis and equipping them with the skills and experience needed to succeed at innovative companies in a rapidly growing economy. The program provides a platform for graduates to learn, grow, and gain experience in a dynamic fintech environment, which will have a positive impact on people’s careers, the economy, and Bahrain as a whole.”
Through the program, local graduates undertake full-time positions at Codebase Technologies for 12 months, where they receive on-the-job training and mentorship, and are exposed to a variety of potential career paths through a department rotation-based program. Candidates who successfully complete the program will have the opportunity to continue working in a specific role at Codebase Technologies to continue their growth in a dynamic fintech environment.

The program will contribute to widespread efforts across Bahrain to provide jobs, skill training, and economic growth as Bahrain positions itself as one of the leading innovation-economies in the GCC with a focus on technology and fintech.
